Breeding performance

Improves the performance of animals

Nowadays, animal genetics allows breeders of ruminants, pigs and poultry to achieve a high production capacity that is suited to their objectives.
However, in order to improve productive potential, breeders must feed their livestock with very energy-rich and rapidly fermentable rations. These rations have the drawback of being metabolized too quickly by the animal into volatile fatty acids. This causes ruminal or metabolic acidosis, which affects both the animal's performance and its health.

Thanks to Bicar®Z, breeders have access to a very effective way of ensuring the safety of these energy-rich rations and limiting the health and economic impacts associated with acidosis.
